Personality: Disturbingly cheerful and often rumoured to be on prozac. However, his lack of fear sometimes lands him in bad situations. Ambiguous in his sexuality he shares equally close relationships with both sexes and tries to be friends with even the most isolated students.

Popularity: Pretty popular, mostly due to his sunny personality and generosity. Treats everyone, even the loonies at Harvey with respect and is rarely involved in arguments, other than to break them up.

Background: Devon is in fact on a cocktail of drugs to control his suicidal/homicidal feelings, but doesn’t like people to know it. Dev lived in a typical middle-class family in Camrose, Alberta with his Mom, Dad and little sister Rosie. Perfectly happy to skate, goof off school and hang round supermarket car parks he had a pretty great life until aged 16 he and his sister were held at gunpoint in a local general store and he watched helplessly as Rosie was fatally wounded for not handing over the contents of her purse. Ever since he’s had severe mental problems, including flashbacks, nightmares and panic attacks which are controlled only by his meds. His family were heart broken when he was sent to Harvey after a mis-dosage one day caused him to beat a friend almost to death with his skateboard.
